Vencify was designed as a C2C marketplace for users in Turkey, similar to Vinted and Mercari, where individuals could buy, sell, and request services. The challenge was to create a seamless, secure, and scalable platform that efficiently handled both physical product sales and on-demand services with integrated payment and communication features.

Overview

Vencify had to support two different transaction types: product sales (items shipped between users) and service requests (where users performed tasks for others). The platform needed to be intuitive enough for users to navigate effortlessly while ensuring security, trust, and efficiency in handling transactions.

Challenge

Creating a scalable and user-friendly marketplace posed several challenges, from payment processing and delivery logistics to handling service requests. Ensuring secure transactions, intuitive service listing, and an effective negotiation system within the in-app chat were key aspects of the design process.

Solution

To tackle these challenges, a comprehensive UX approach was applied, ensuring a seamless experience across all marketplace functionalities. Each design decision focused on enhancing usability, trust, and transaction efficiency.

Results

Vencify successfully launched as a scalable and user-friendly marketplace, enabling seamless interactions for both product sales and service requests. By focusing on intuitive UX and secure transactions, the platform provided a smooth experience for users. Strong branding and design consistency contributed to building trust and engagement, helping establish Vencify as a reliable digital marketplace.
